“We have found AutoSPRINK RVT a very useful add on for Revit. The additional aids such as ‘modify pipe length’ and ‘pipe to sprinklers’ for modelling sprinkler pipe work are very useful time savers. But AutoSPRINK RVT really is a huge benefit with being able to perform hydraulic calculations with our current Revit models. We are no longer required to reproduce the sprinkler system within another software platform. Once initial set-up of the programme is complete, then performing hydraulic calculations with our Revit models is quite a simple process.”

"As a Fire Protection Engineer with more than 35 years in the fire sprinkler industry, working for a fire sprinkler contractor and as a consulting design engineer, I have progressed from hand drawings, into AutoCAD and its various add-ons, stand-alone AutoSPRINK, and now Revit with AutoSPRINK RVT. The journey has not always been easy, but with each change, my designs, and the resultant increases in accuracy and efficiency have made the effort worthwhile.
At the behest of our various Architectural and Engineering clients that desired fire protection designs coordinated and seamlessly integrated with their Project Model, and with the release of AutoSPRINK RVT, I committed to develop our designs in Revit beginning in early 2018. Without AutoSPRINK RVT, and in particular the incredible support I have received throughout the process from your staff, I would not have succeeded. With each update and added feature, RVT just keeps getting better. The growing library of online resource videos is invaluable whenever I need a refresher, or if I run into a new situation.
Thanks again for a great product, and for the continual support you provide.

"Autosprink RVT has allowed us to deliver to our client’s needs, effectively providing sprinkler design services directly within the Revit platform. With a minimal learning curve, we have quickly incorporated our design work and have learned that the power of RVT is saving us valuable time in the design phase as well as provide an increase in project coordination. We are happy, our clients are happy, and our work products look great!"

"Quite simply, if not for AutoSPRINK RVT I do not think we would be designing in Revit! I strongly believe this is a necessary tool for designing sprinkler systems in Revit to avoid the need for multiple programs to complete a design.
The AutoSPRINK RVT software enables us to quickly and efficiently design, model and calculate all within Revit. It enables you do things “out-of-the-box” Revit simply can’t (such as connecting sloping pipes at right angles rather than vertically and also carrying out sprinkler hydraulic calculations).
The software is continually improving with additional features to improve design efficiencies.
MEPCAD staff have been a great support in getting us running with Revit. Their training and videos are very helpful and staff answer queries promptly.
I highly recommend AutoSPRINK RVT."

“Working in a full service A/E firm, coordination with other disciplines is crucial. AutoSPRINK RVT allows our team to work seamlessly in our combined Revit models to coordinate anything from sprinkler head layout to fire pump rooms. Whether it be an engineered spec drawing or a fully designed and coordinated system in Revit, AutoSPRINK RVT saves time and money by giving us the tools to build our models and generate our documents. If there is ever an issue or question you can always count on the MEPCAD team to respond quickly and professionally.”

“Autosprink RVT has enabled us to quickly perform hydraulic calculations without having to leave the Revit workspace. Its functions let us design, modify and calculate sprinkler systems quicker than any alternative, and its intuitive UI has made training easy as well. The support team has also been very responsive any time we have contacted them. We look forward to using it on our future projects!”

“As a long time Autosprink user, RVT has made my transition to Revit a whole lot easier. Autosprink RVT provides familiar functionality and commands, making Revit a powerful sprinkler systems design tool. The RVT development team is continuously implementing and evolving functionality that further speeds up the design process, and it is our experience that the support team is very responsive to questions and customer feedback. With native Autosprink as backdrop, the future of RVT is looking exciting”

"The local fire protection industry has failed to prepare for BIM and 3D design, unlike Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical design firms, where BIM and 3D design has readily been adopted throughout North America. The means of working on projects with a 3D component is currently a mix of working in the 2D software options available to the industry, converting to 3D, export into coordination software like NavisWorks, review clashes, make changes, then repeat the process all over.
The local fire sprinkler industry is currently at a crossroad, with increased customer focus on 3D modeling and BIM. Due to this realization in 2018, I lobbied my previous employer to investigate transitioning to 3D design. We decided that working within the most commonly used software in the local construction industry was the best option, which is currently Revit. After looking at several software choices, I found the philosophy of designing in 3D was best served by the company with the most experience in the 3D design of fire protections systems. Upon review of several Revit “add-in” products I recommended that M.E.P.CAD’s AutoSPRINK RVT would be the best option, as they have the most experience in developing their software for a 3D design environment.
Upon creation of my own design and consulting firm “SeaColl Engineering Ltd.” it was an easy decision to invest my own money in Revit and AutoSPRINK RVT as our go to design software. I have found that the training and technical support received from M.E.P.CAD is the best I’ve experienced in my entire career as a Mechanical Engineer of 25+ years. As we all know, all software is not 100% bug free, but M.E.P.CAD’s focus on continually improving AutoSPRINK RVT is exceptional. I have personally discovered minor bug’s in the software only to have them fixed shortly after their discovery. In some instances, a beta is sent to the client to get the issue resolved within a couple of days. It is for this reason that I wholly recommend AutoSPRINK RVT as your go to design software for fire protection system design."
